Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items exempt from refund or return
- Gift Cards
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or anything with an expiration date or best used by date
- Print Media: books, magazines, newspapers, etc.
- Disk Media: CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl record, etc.
- Intimate apparel
- Health and personal care items.
- Downloadable products
- Hazardous materials.
- Flammable liquids or gases.
- Items opened from their original packaging.
- Items on sale, that have a reduced price, or marked clearance: only regular priced items may be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds
Do not return your item to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection, in whole or part, of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you were approved for a refund and you haven’t received your refund within the 30 days of the approval, please double check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer services.
Limited Refunds
Items, if approved, maybe refunded partially if the refund process started 72 hours after item delivery.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned whose return process started more than 72 hours after delivery.
Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To complete an exchange, you must notify us within 72 hours of the items arrival. To make an identical exchange for the same item please send us an email at customer services and title the subject line as “EXCHANGE: Order No: ” and enter your order number. Please include as an attachment a copy of your receipt, shipping invoice, and delivery slip or package tracking sheet. Also include a statement describing the defect or damage and provide several meaningful pictures of the defect and damage with the item in it’s original packaging to demonstrate your claims. If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and your refund or return is approved, then we you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund, if approved, to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
We work with multiple vendors from all over the world to make your experience Wunderfilled. In some case it is not appropriate to ship the items directly back to us. If approved for an exchange we will provide you the appropriate address for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order; that was a benefit of purchasing the item and it does not include free returns. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
